Progressive states#

| Normal | New obligations are available, subject to permissions. |
| Watch | A late payment or dispute needs attention. |
| Restricted Lending | A materially overdue balance pauses new obligations. |
| Suspended Private Credit | Repeated reviewed defaults require review. |
| Manual Review | History, verification or a case needs a human decision. |
| Removed from Private Credit | A recorded manual decision removes private-credit access. |
Keep the scope narrow#
The prototype does not permanently ban a person after one missed repayment. Normal payments and existing repayment routes remain separate from new-credit eligibility.
Explain and review#
Every restriction has a reason. Resolution or a recorded, time-limited review decision can restore access where appropriate. The local mock rules are not production underwriting policy.
