Confirmation is a step#
The UI review and user approval happen before processing. There is no separate stored confirmed transfer state in the current adapter.
After interruption#
A stored receipt restores completed status. Interrupted processing without a receipt becomes failed and retryable in the local simulation. A real provider requires reconciliation before an uncertain outcome can be classified.
