Principles

Five rules guide the product and its provider architecture.

On this page

The customer comes first#

Present the user’s full position before a provider’s product. An observation should explain a condition, not steer the user toward whichever institution benefits most.

Assets stay with regulated providers#

A combined account view does not change custody. Attribute each account and transaction to the institution responsible for it.

Identity should be simpler than account numbers#

Let people select verified people. Resolve the approved payment destination underneath, with enough identity information to check the recipient.

Intelligence should reduce interaction#

Surface an upcoming payment or cash shortfall where it matters. Let the user inspect the evidence without requiring a separate AI experience.

The customer remains in control#

Yuva can estimate a need and prepare a transaction. The customer approves the specific action before a provider executes it. A card payment never triggers an automatic crypto sale.
